Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them under the following conditions:

1. Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned within this period to qualify.

2. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products where security seal has been broken.
  • Heavily damaged items.
  • Products containing a box are damaged.

4. Return Process:

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team at info@honor-stone.com to initiate a return.
  • Step 2: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number in the package.
  • Step 4: Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@honor-stone.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
